Do blondes really have more fun? Victoria Beckham seems to think so, at least when it comes to makeup brushes. Her carefully curated new nine-piece makeup brush collection includes a fan brush with blonde tips. “I just think it looks beautiful,” she says. “Every detail has been so carefully considered, and I think the blonde tips give the brush a real point of difference. It’s those little touches that make something feel special. I want to inspire my customer, not just with how the brushes perform, but with how they look and feel, too.”
The fan brush also happens to be one of her favorites in the collection. “It’s firmer than most because my trick is using it with my bronzer,” Beckham says. “A lot of fan brushes can be too soft and flimsy, but I wanted this one to have the structure to really buff and blend seamlessly. It helps create that soft, sculpted look while keeping everything controlled.”

After years of launching lauded makeup products with Victoria Beckham Beauty, makeup brushes were a natural expansion. “For me, everything comes down to consideration, execution and precision,” Beckham says. “I’ve spent many years working with the best professionals in the industry, learning so many tips and tricks along the way. But ultimately, I create what I desire and what I can’t find elsewhere. It’s always about the product, making sure I never settle until it’s the absolute best. I push myself and my team to perfect every detail, and these brushes are no exception.”
The Victoria Beckham Beauty collection is comprised of nine brushes: The Conceal & Detail Brush, Buffer Brush, Sculpt & Blend Brush, Fan Brush, Powder Brush, Soft Blend Brush, Buff & Smudge Brush, Define & Line Brush and Detailed Lip Brush. “Every brush has a purpose—nothing is unnecessary,” Beckham says. “I wanted to create a tight, considered edit where each brush has earned its place in the lineup. It was about focusing on function, making sure each one truly enhances the application process. Whether it’s for precision, blending or sculpting, every brush is designed to work seamlessly with the Victoria Beckham Beauty collection and give the best possible results. No extras, no excess—just the essentials, done perfectly.”

Calligraphy has always been a passion of Beckham’s, which was a muse for the makeup brushes, as well as cutlery. “Art was my favorite subject at school,” she says. “It’s all about precision and artistry, which is exactly what I wanted to bring to these brushes. The curves, the shape, the way a calligraphy pen moves—all of that inspired these brushes. Cutlery, too, is designed for balance, weight and ease of use, and that same thinking went into these brushes. Every detail—from the way they feel in your hand to the controlled, graceful application—was considered to make them both beautiful and functional.”
To optimize function, making the brushes ergonomic was a must, since Beckham aimed to do more than add tools—she also wanted to make something that truly elevates the makeup experience. The wooden handles have dips and nubs that fit the hand just right. “For me, that meant ergonomic handles, a thoughtful design and intuitive ease of use,” she says. “The way a brush feels in your hand makes all the difference, and I wanted these to be effortless—comfortable to hold, perfectly balanced and designed to move with you for a seamless application.”

Each of the brush handles are one-of-a-kind. “The shape of each brush was something I considered very carefully—how I hold them in my hand, how it moves, how it works with the product,” Beckham says. “Every detail matters. I wanted each brush to be intuitive, effortless and designed with real purpose. My customer knows they can trust me to get it right—I’m incredibly particular, and I don’t settle. If it wasn’t perfect, I wouldn’t have launched the collection.”
Selecting the right wood was also of the utmost importance. “I’m always inspired by my surroundings—my home and the interiors I curate, which is why walnut wood felt like the perfect choice,” Beckham says. “I’m incredibly particular about design, and that translates into everything I create. Nothing is chosen at random—there’s always a reason, always intention behind every element.”

Beckham relished learning more about makeup brushes during the creation process. “I’ve always appreciated a beautifully made brush, but going through the design process really deepened my understanding of craftsmanship,” she says. “Every little detail—from the shape of the bristles to the weight of the handle—completely changes how a brush performs. It’s not just about how it looks, but how it moves, how it blends, how it feels in your hand. I pushed myself and my team to refine every element until it was just right because, for me, the perfect brush should feel effortless but make all the difference.”
Her favorite part of the brush-making process was seeing the first prototypes. “It was such an exciting moment!” she says. “I had a very clear vision of what I wanted, but holding them in my hand for the first time—feeling the weight and testing the bristles—made it real. It was a process of fine-tuning, tweaking every little detail until each brush was exactly right. I love that level of precision and craftsmanship, and knowing that these brushes will truly elevate the makeup experience makes it all so worth it.”
It was that attention to detail through the whole process that makes the collection unique. “I’ve always had a love for functional, beautiful tools—especially brushes—but what makes these unique is the balance of performance and design,” Beckham says. “Precision, weight and feel are everything. I created them for those who appreciate both beauty and performance. I wanted these brushes to be exactly what I envisioned—for myself and for my customer. My commitment to quality meant several rounds of revision, because when it comes to craftsmanship, I don’t settle.”
